Have you ever wanted to be a DJ? Here's your opportunity. We are currently seeking an a DJ Assistant. Your role is to assist with setting up, tearing down, loading in, loading out and providing any help needed throughout all events. Heavy lifting, being on your feet for long periods of time are part of the job, along with a typical 10 to 12 hour day. We'll teach you the skills to become a mobile DJ along with how to operate and run audio equipment successfully. This position requires working on Saturdays and the occasional Friday. You must be 18 years of age or older, have reliable transportation and live in the greater Des Moines Metro area There is no guarantee that you will work every week, there is also a strict no smoking/vaping and no alcohol policy while working

Q: How Long have you been a mobile DJ?
A: I've been doing this since 1984
Q: Do You Travel
A: Yes, any location that is 50 miles outside of the Greater Des Moines Metro requires an small travel fee. Additionally any location 2 hours from Des Moines requires a travel and accommodation fee
Q: Do you require any money down to hold our date?
A: Yes, we ask for 50 % of the total package to be paid as a non refundable retainer plus a signed and dated digital contract.
Once we receive the retainer, plus contract then the date will be locked .
The remaining balance is then due no later than 30 days prior to your event
